💛 Rescue Highlight
So there I was, half-asleep, when I heard Sissy scratching at the sliding glass door. At first, I thought, “Great, she wants me to get up at 2 a.m. just to turn on the faucet for her royal highness to drink running water.” (Because if you’ve ever lived with cats, you know — bowls aren’t fancy enough. Only faucets will do. 🚰😼)

But no — this time, Sissy had bigger plans. She wasn’t demanding water service. She was demanding a rescue. On the other side of that glass sat Chaos.

Now, with a name like Chaos, you’d expect a whirlwind. Lamps knocked over, curtains destroyed, the works. Instead? He’s as sweet as sugar. The only “chaos” he’s caused so far is climbing straight into my heart… and maybe insisting on breakfast #2 by 9 a.m. 🍳🐾

When I finally opened the door, Chaos didn’t hesitate. He strolled right in, looked around like he’d already signed the lease, and claimed the couch. Sissy sat there like, “You’re welcome. Mission accomplished.” 🛋️✨
