At Street Kitty’s Boutique, every item is made-to-order with love, in partnership with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment providers such as Gooten. Because of this, we kindly ask you to read our policy carefully.


🔄 All Sales Are Final

Since each product is custom printed or made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing choices

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Address input errors

Please double-check your selections before submitting your order. 🐾


✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or broken, we’ve got you covered!

Please email us at orders@streetkittys.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or offer a refund based on the issue.


📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

If your tracking number shows the item was delivered, you may need to file a claim with your local postal carrier.


📧 Order Changes or Cancellations

Because your item begins production quickly:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted

  • Be sure to confirm item, size, and address before checkout


🌎 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. may be subject to additional customs duties or delays, which we cannot control.
